How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund with reasons why and we will assign you a returns number.
2. Post your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and your contact details.
Exceptions for Returns
We do not accept returns for damaged or altered goods which are not factory fault.
We use Paypal for your protection, you do not need to have a paypal account to use this method just select “pay with card” at the checkout page and follow the instructions. All details are protected and secure.
Your card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason you will be refunded to your card.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
Our goods are delivered using first class Royal Mail. Delivery is subject to Royal Mail services.
The rates charged for your shipping is based on the weight of this product and the service selected above.
